[Fingerforce-devel] Bug#680050: libpam-fprintd: please provide documentation usage

Hi there!

There is no documentation support for libpam-fprintd.  Upstream's
README, despite not being Debian-related at all, is a good start:

While I could have committed the attached, I waited for two reasons:
first because I want the bug number and second to discuss it with
Didier during DebCamp12 :-)
