Ok, so we had 2 principal solutions:
1- Add the non-free notification to debconf (should we ship foo2zjs in
contrib)
2- Write a barely-new getweb script, and mention it in README.Debian.

1- This is simple adding a template in debian/templates and call it from
config, but according to policy, we had to ask _only_ important questions
with debconf. This is not, because someone could install the firmware by
hand.
2- This should be not really difficult, i think we can look at the
makefile and add to the getweb script some things like install-hotplug and
install, for automatizing the process.

After that, my "vote" goes to 2.
