Probably you meant chmod :)... Done.

Btw, I'm currently creating the debian/ dir locally. One thing I'm noticing is:
isn't there any higher-level tool to do all this mess? I feel like needing to
have my hands dirty to upload a simple package. (aah... good old "svn add &&
svn ci"...)
