I am saying that the packages are being maintained inside the team.
There are activities around these packages.

No. It is wrong. Packages that have co-maintainers or inside of teams
musn't be orphaned. The MIA team always worked following that precept.
Consequently, I still no seeing any problem in listed packages. So, if
no more considerations, these bugs should be closed.
