A roadmap for 1.0 is a bit hard to define at this point. Perhaps a 0.1
roadmap would make more sense. In my mind, the 0.1 device is a wireless
access point with some gui config layered on top, nothing more. 0.2
might add more router functionality and start to add some proxy
capability.

The Freedom Plug needs to start at the bottom of the stack and build its
way up. We require a freedom stack that eventually includes routing and
dynamic dns and distributed storage, all done with an emphasis on
privacy, security and fault tolerance. On top of that stack we can
build apps.

The bottom of the stack is routing. If the Plug is your router, it can
do many things for you easily, even automatically. If it is not your
router, it can't do anything without a lot of idiosyncratic setup.

So if we are starting at the beginning, we need a device that can
replace people's routers and then we can layer on the freedom bits.
