yes, i agree. i was just saying that everybody can do this for themselves,
and from their own point of view. There doesn't have to be a centralized
process for this, that centrally precedes everything else. Also, we don't
have to agree on which goal is the highest impact, lowest effort one. Each
person can "vote by example" by working on the goal that *they* think is the
most important one, and the result will tend to optimality, while at the
same time everybody will work on their preferred goal.
