I don't have much time either, and I don't think this is the most likely
first application of WebID - (CA based WebIDs are clearly going to be the
lowest hanging fruit). But I am going to go to the Chaos Communication Camp
in Berlin in August

I presented the low hanging fruit last time I went, so if we could demo
httpk working I think that would help create a lot of buzz.

If this is done using pure Web technologies - no weird binary formats - then 
that would should be very fast to put together. It's probably just a question
of finding the right libraries.

But I may be underestimating the work required....
