I suggest some triple-way approach
then you wil have 3 ways of connecting people in censoring territorities
by using the other ways if one becomes blocked in their country
especially iran in coming month's!

by using TOR ,freenet & CJDNS from http://projectmeshnet.org

I recommend to read whitepaper on before you consider use hyperboria
(network that's is currently building with CJDNS)

my node (on OpenNIC dns) works these multiple networks since 2 weeks
accessible on ds500ss.oss using OpenNIC dns or HypeDNS or
ds500ss.pagekite.me on normal internet

We need freenet if tor becomes blocked: freenet

and of course, we'll need CJDNS when internet a whole country becomes
blocked as estimated they will do at august
