I'm not sure whether that would work with protocols that expect to run
on certain ports. HTTP uses virtual hosts to allow multiple hosts to
share a TCP port, but I don't think there's an equivalent mechanism
for HTTPS. I don't know about SMTP, IMAP, XMPP, etc.
