They are SDIO devices (not USB or PCI).  They need Libertas firmware.

This should work on Debian testing/unstable:

apt-get install linux-image-3.10-2-kirkwood firmware-libertas

It seems the DreamPlug fails to load firmware blob after "warm" reboot, 
i.e. needs to be fully powered off and then on again.
