The original maintainer orphaned the bootstrap package, so it doesn't
have a maintainer anymore. Jérémy Lal wrote on
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=704330 :
"Since version 2.x is unmaintained, I suggest to request removal
of that package."
