This is a deeper problem. Strathy.
Owncloud and Debian maintainers are not working on the same level
regarding security standard, Owncloud is about to be removed from
Debian, please read:

Owncloud may be removed soon from FreedomBox as well and replaced by
another solution. Some have been sent on the mailing list
("[Freedombox-discuss] owncloud - php DB driver - broken upgrade"
