Just checking the source code on github. As far as I understand, it is
listing the directories under /etc/letsencrypt/live/ to find the
domains. I even have no /etc/letsencrypt/. So maybe during the upgrade,
when letsencrypt was implemented the first time, something was not
properly installed?
