There were some Plinth modules recently removed/replaced. Please check
/etc/plinth/modules-enabled for any of these:

apps
owncloud
system
xmpp

Delete them if they exist, and then restart plinth (sudo systemctl
restart plinth). You can also check the log (sudo journalctl -u plinth)
to see the issue.
