[Freewx-maint] Bug#586129: wxWidgets + wxPython 2.8.11.0 released

Hi wxWidgets Team,

Lately, wxwidgets upstream released wxWidgets 2.8.11 and wxPython
2.8.11.0. They are said to contain lots of bugfixes.

However, there are also API changes at least in wxPython (some flags are
now passed differently for example) so I am not sure if one would want
to upload a new package right away.

Anyway, I updated the package to 2.8.11.0 out of curiosity. In case you
are interested, my git repository is here:

Feel free to pull from it, perhaps it spares a few cycles on your side.
Perhaps an upload to experimental? :)
