Found the answer.  It's for a cbr comic file.  Checking the source evince
supports calling the following external programs to decompress a "comic"
file: RARLABS (nonfree), GNA UNRAR, UNZIP, P7ZIP,  TAR

In regards to the rar compression shareware package.  It would seem like
including this, even in non-free forces the recipient to use non-free
software.  I can't really see any benefit to it..  Anyone?
