  fix: LOCATION and OTHERSERIAL hex decode

0x is used to identify Hex-STRING. We need to keep it in Mock mode.
some hex2char() were missing.

  use %hardware_keywords everywhere to be consistant

in order to be consistant with the netdiscovery, we initialize
the device with the same information generated from the sysdescr.

This was creating subtil bugs were MANUFACTURER information was
lost.
