Hello,<br><br>Today, we do software deployment with the OcsDeploy.pm module.<br>This module has various limitation, mostly because of the nature<br>of the protocol from OCS Inventory < 2.0. I know there is some<br>improvement in their 2.x serie.<br>
<br>In order to simplify Mario integration of URANOS with<br>FusionInventory, I'm working on a new software deployment<br>module. Both, we want it to be very simple and easy to maintain<br>(KISS).<br><br>To achieve that I want to reuse some part of OcsDeploy.pm.<br>
Today, in the master branch we already have a place for shared<br>method in the FusionInventory::Agent::Tools. It's probably the place<br>where a should put the code to reuse. I wonder if we should<br>create a lib from that or backport the directory in the 2.1.x branch.<br>
