cdrtools

Hi!

I got cdrtools to work.  I've tested succesfuly cdrecord, readcd and cdda2wav.

If someone wants to try, you need:

  - up-to-date kernel (which includes atapicam support)
  - cdrtools built with patches from svn
  - libcam built from freebsd-libs package in svn
  - libbsd, from svn also, which is needed by freebsd-libs

Then you can access devices as if they were SCSI (cdrecord -scanbus).
