New install process

Hi!

Over the last few days I have done major changes on the install process for
Debian GNU/kFreeBSD. Now the whole installation is MUCH simpler and easy to
understand.

  - Only 1 "netinst" CD, containing both f-i (freebsd-installer) and base.tgz.
  - fstab is generated by f-i.
  - native-install is run automaticaly by f-i.
  - After reboot, system is already in a working state and starts in multiuser
    mode.

The install docs (http://glibc-bsd.alioth.debian.org/doc/) are already updated
to reflect these changes. The new URL for netinst CD is:

  http://glibc-bsd.alioth.debian.org/install-cd/

Please if you have a spare machine around, I'd appreciate some testing. More
important than testing the install process itself, is checking that systems
installed with this method are usable.
