[PATCH] patches needed for sbin/route

Here's another itch that I needed to scratch...

It's a patch for sbin/route and a sysdeps header...

The sysdeps header is merged with the regular bsd header.

Note all of these patches of course need a double check as there might
be headers that are lacknig an "#include <stdint.h>" in them.

I'm a total newb at this so these are patches to just make stuff work.
