Hi,
I've been trying out regnual according to this [1] thread, but every
time I ended up with:

# ./upgrade_by_passwd.py ../regnual/regnual.bin ../src/gnuk.bin
../regnual/regnual.bin: 4384
../src/gnuk.bin: 53248
CRC32: deacfd0d

    mem_info = reg.mem_info()
AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'mem_info

After that, device's LED keeps blinking and it's not usable anymore
after the reboot.

Any clue on what could have gone wrong? I prepared the environment
according to doc/note/firmware-update. I used Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS.
