Gnuk version 1.1.9 is released.

This is another experimental release of version 1.1.x series.

Because of the incompatible change to 1.0 series, please refer new

This release is fixing a minor bug of ECC.

* Bug fix for Ed25519 and Curve25519

  When registering key, wrong operations were not detected correctly.
  This is fixed.
