[gopher] vaguely OT: Mosaic-CK 2.7ck8

Mosaic-CK 2.7ck8 is released. This is a web browser, so technically off-topic,
although it is the only fork of NCSA Mosaic with proper i/3 support and hURLs.
This version adds a split renderer (a more standards-compliant alternative
renderer versus the original "classic" renderer) to allow both "Lynx with
graphics" mode versus a true historical simulation; progressive rendering; and
multiple bug fixes. It also includes a Makefile for Linux graciously
contributed by Jeroen Schot. A Universal Binary for OS X 10.4+ is available,
and it is also supported on Power MachTen. Motif is required.
