[gopher] Overbite Chrome 1.0.2

Overbite Chrome 1.0.2 is released. This fixes a glitch with later Chromes
where the extension did not properly intercept the gopher:// string in the
omnibox, and adds some new default proxies to the options window, including
Brian's @ pongonova and gopherproxy.org.

Also, I have confirmed that OverbiteFF is still compatible with Firefox 9
and 10, at least so far.
