[gopher] Overbite Chrome 1.0.4

Overbite Chrome 1.0.4 is released, which will be the last version to use
the old redirect-to-proxy method now that Google is forcing people to use
the new manifest.json and that Chrome has some rudimentary socket support.
This version fixes a problem with localized Google searches not getting
redirected.

Around Chrome 22 I will start looking at porting it to use native sockets
and other internal changes, which will generally require a rewrite from
scratch.

On the whole, however, Overbite Chrome is requiring more resources to
maintain it than I would like, and I am not a Chrome user (I do not like
some of its policies or operating habits, and it doesn't run on Power Macs
in any case), so I do not generally notice bugs until I get complaints.
If someone is interested in maintaining it, preferably a heavy Chrome user
with experience in creating Chrome extensions, I would be happy to give
control of the project to them so I can dedicate more time to the Android
and Firefox clients which I use regularly myself.
