Mine's in my svn tree, rough at best
https://hollowtube.mine.nu/svn/readaheadDaemon/trunk/
one daemon that uses inotify to scan for file access, and one that does
the actual readahead.

It also keeps track of cache hits and such, to try to get an as good as
possible list, the idea is to run makedb (the program that makes the
database) say 5 minutes in after boot, so people can log in and start
their favorite applications, then readahead that on every boot. Of
course keeping track of cache as we go, so we dont get any false
positives (or atleast not too many).
