Next optimization with dependency based boot sequencing and concurrent booting

	Hello,

  following your message on initscripts-ng list, I've tried new
sysvinit+insserv on two computers, to give you some feedback. These two
computers run Debian Lenny, so I've recompiled these packages on this
version. My previous bootchart measure was when testing new
module-init-tools package from sid on lenny, as it goes faster than
Lenny's one.


1/ first computer : an eeepc.

The bootchart before install is named bootchart_20090703_31s.png (31
seconds reported), then
bootchart_20090703_nvInsserv+sysv_startpar_30s.png (CONCURRENCY=startpar
) and
bootchart_20090703_nvInsserv+sysv_makefile_27s.png
(CONCURRENCY=makefile).

So the speedup is 4s on 31s, i.e. near 13% !


2/ second computer : an IBM X31 laptop.

The bootchart before installation is 
bootchart_2.6.26_20090627_nvModuleInitTools_44s.svgz (it takes 44 s to
boot, and before new module-init-tools from Sid, about 50 s !), then
bootchart_2.6.26_20090706_nvInsserv+sysv_startpar_43s.svgz and
bootchart_2.6.26_20090706_nvInsserv+sysv_makefile_42s.svgz.
(Tested with A/C power and Ethernet cable connected).

Finally, with makefile mode, I gain 2 s (about 5 %)…
