Ready to upload sysvinit and insserv to unstable?

pHi.  I believe the svn versions of insserv and sysvinit are ready to
be uploaded into unstable.  Anyone got more changes you want to have
included before the upload?

My plan is to first do the upload, and next send the announcement to
d-d-a at .
