Announce parallel booting to debian-devel-announce?

Hi.  As you probably have noticed, I switched Debian/unstable to
parallel booting a few days ago.  No big bugs have been discovered so
far.

The update will enter testing in a few days, and I thought it was a
good idea to announce it properly.  I've started on an announcement
text on
<URL: http://wiki.debian.org/LSBInitScripts/DependencyBasedBoot/announce-2010-05-parallel >.
Please help me to get the draft ready.  I hope it can be sent on
Wednesday or Thursday.
