The browser.php page puts gitweb in an iframe.  It's a bit pointless
really; the canonical URL for browsing the repository should be
<http://anonscm.debian.org/gitweb/?p=kernel-handbook/kernel-handbook.git>.  (SSL currently doesn't work on anonscm.debian.org as it only has a certificate for alioth.debian.org.)

The actual repository URLs are listed on the gitweb page so let's just
refer to that.
