[Kernel-handbook-general] [PATCH 00/15] General updates to kernel-handbook

I've pushed this series of changes, containing a mixture of factual
updates, style improvements and clean-up.

The major outdated section remaining is the one about out-of-tree
modules, which doesn't mention DKMS at all.

I'm going to hold off updating the web site until the Japanese
translation is properly updated.
