new release of libkdtree?

Hi all,

I have released 0.7.0 AGAIN - new files are now available for download.
This should be the last 0.7.0 since I have to go to bed now, and its not
really good form to keep releasing it as the same version number over and
over again. Further small additions can be included in the 0.7.1 release,
whenever that happens.

I hope everyone likes the improvements...

Happy New Year!
Paul
