patch to make libkdtree compatible with g++-4.2 and g++-4.3

hi!

there are problems to compile programs with libkdtree using g++-4.2 and
g++-4.3.

is it possible that you patch the git sources and create a new version
0.6.3?

then i can create a new debian package for lenny (which becomes stable
quite soon).
