Eclipse mode cleanup

Hi,

Just a few words about the lisaac eclipse plugin, it was spread and
replicated on 4 git (compiler, eclisaac, website, eclipse)
Now, power of simplicity:

- plugin project (sources) on eclisaac.git

- binaries on website.git (for online installation, for lazy installation
you can manually copy the jar file)
  Is the website.git put online sometimes or is it just an experimental
version?

- pdf instructions on compiler.git (redirection to the two git above)

So no more java code in compiler git ;)
