For your information :

"Paul McKenney has announced the availability of his book on parallel
programming. "My thought had been to complete it, then announce it.
But I finally realized that it really never will be complete, at least
not as long as people keep coming up with new parallel-programming
ideas, which I most definitely hope will continue for a very long
time." As a mere 358-page PDF, the book clearly has room for growth,
but there's a lot of useful information there. A git repository is
available for those who want to follow the progress of the book or
help with its development."
