Adding .cvsignore files:
  in /, docs, and /debian for completeness
  in rulefiles to make it easier to develop logcheck rules on a life system,
  but doing

I have verified that the package still builds and that the .cvsignore files
are not included in the binaries. They will be in the source package though,
which should be ok.
