[Logcheck-devel] Bug#268277: logcheck: deb. policy 12.1 violation, no documantation/man pages for conf files

There is no documentation on how, or even where to add/subtract rules to logcheck.

debian policy, section 12.1 says there should me manpages for conf files, and if missing 
it is a bug.

this missing, makes package mostly useless, due to false reports.
