Package: logcheck
Version: 1.2.19-2
Severity: minor

Currently logcheck does not seem to include any rule for proftpd, hence
the following log messages are always shown:

May 11 00:33:51 evenstar proftpd[9265]: evenstar.silverdream.org
(evenstar.silverdream.org[62.3.218.21]) - FTP session closed.
May 11 00:38:51 evenstar proftpd[9611]: evenstar.silverdream.org
(evenstar.silverdream.org[62.3.218.21]) - FTP session opened.

The following regexp would hide these messages, since I'm not an expert
at regular expressions there is probably a better way of doing this, but
it works:

^\w{3} [ :0-9]{11} [._[:alnum:]-]+ proftpd\[[0-9]+\]: [a-z\.]+
\([a-z\.]+\[[0-9\.]+\]\) - FTP session (opened|closed)\.$

Thanks,
