you are wrong, the rule was added to ignore.d.server/innd,
since this rule doesn't include strings that trigger "security
events". so your bug is definitely addressed.

we can't pump up all "system events" rules, by the assumption
that there may be a localy triggered string for a "security
violation" inside.

if it does on your local setup please use a file 'local-innd'
inside of violations.ignore.d.

i'll close that bug-report next days,
unless new arguments come up.
