woow nice, if have no idea, why an rm(1) execute should segfault,
what bash, libc, kernel (.config, version, vanilla, patches) are you using?

is it a server?
if yes disable config preempt and your problem may be solved?

i'll duplicate that bug and will reassign it to kernel.
