I've changed the original rule for 'Logout' messages to:

^\w{3} [ :0-9]{11} [._[:alnum:]-]+ pure-ftpd:
\([.[:alnum:]-]+@[._[:alnum:]-]+\) \[INFO\] Logout.$

I've tested it against the log messages you supplied and it works. It's
been committed to CVS.
