[Logcheck-devel] Bug#288580: logtail: Logtail (not logcheck) needs perl 5.8 (Bug#252078 wrongly fixed)

Bug#252078 was reported against the binary package logtail but "fixed"
in logcheck.

Logtail (and not logcheck) should have a versioned dependency on perl.


Or even better: Use a form of getopts that works on woody as well, to
ease backporting!
