looked up chronyd in popcon, not sure we should ship that by default
in logcheck-database, thus reassigning to chronyd:
so that the package maintainer can add appropriate rules.
he might want to read 
/usr/share/doc/logcheck-database/README.logcheck-database.gz
for hints on maintaining logcheck rules. :)

ps aboves messages can be caught by the following logcheck rules:
^\w{3} [ :0-9]{11} [._[:alnum:]-]+ chronyd\[[0-9]+\]: Selected source [.0-9]{7,15}$
^\w{3} [ :0-9]{11} [._[:alnum:]-]+ chronyd\[[0-9]+\]: System clock wrong by -?[.0-9]+ seconds, adjustment started$
