The latest sa-exim (4.2.1-1) produces some new messages.  Here are
some patterns to remove them.  Probably appropriate for server level.

^\w{3} [ :0-9]{11} [._[:alnum:]-]+ sa-exim\[[0-9]+\]: Removed 0 of 0 greylist directories in [012] seconds$
