Les établissements recevant du public n'ayant pas procédé a la régularisation avant la date du décret ci -dessus seront sanctionné . A la suite de la régularisation du registre public d’accessibilité , veuillez vous mettre en relation avec votre organisme de formation (OPCA) , afin d'effectuer la formation obligatoire de l’accueil des personnes a mobilité réduite.</span></span></p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:9px;"><b id="docs-internal-guid-8569d4ed-b676-5a98-9cbd-43b827a72c00"><span style="font-size:11px;">L</span><span style="font-size:10px;">'absence , non justifiée, du registre public d’accessibilité dans les délais prévus à l'article R.111-19-60 est passible d'une sanction pécuniaire forfaitaire de 1500 € quand l'agenda porte sur un seul établissement dont l'effectif du public est inférieur au seuil mentionné au II de l'article L.111-7-7 et de 5000€ dans les autre cas.</span></b></span></span></p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:10px;"><em><b id="docs-internal-guid-8569d4ed-b676-5a98-9cbd-43b827a72c00">Art.R. 111-19-60.-L'exploitant de tout établissement recevant du public au sens de l'article R.*123-2 élabore le registre public d’accessibilité prévu a l'article L.111-7-3. Celui-ci précise les dispositions prises pour permettre à tous, notamment aux personnes handicapées, quelque soit leur handicap, de bénéficier des prestations en vue desquelles cet établissement a été conçu.</b></em></span></span></p>
