[Logcheck-users] how to pipe through logcheck?

Hello list,

i am using socklog [1], a small syslogd-replacement on debian sarge.

I would like to use logcheck with it but i can't find a way to make
logcheck use a logfile on stdin instead of a real file. piping through
logcheck would be the "natural" way to use a logprocessor with socklog.

Is there a way to circumvent the logtail-invocation besides changing
/usr/sbin/logcheck itsself? (I could convince other logfile-processors
to use stdin by passing - or /dev/stdin)

Thanks,
Henrik
