[Ltrace-devel] ltrace is_weak patch

Dear Sir 
	We had observed a few problem with current existing is_weak patch in
ltrace-0.5. __gmon_start__ was getting added even when is_weak condition
was introduced in process_breakpoint() function. This was because return
address of __gmon_start__ is coming out to be NULL when the process is
just starting up. So here is the patch that fixes the problem, please go
through and let me know of your opinion.
