[Ltrace-devel] ppc32 patch

Hi

This patch fixes few problems that I've met on ppc32.  In particular,
breakpoint instruction and related info were eclosed in unavailable
#defines, and nonexistant function elf_plt2addr was used.  The patch
also fixes the way ltrace detects weak symbol.

If there are no objections, I'm going to commit this code.
