Probably ltrace.  Putting to XDG_CONFIG_DIRS non-existing directories,
or even names that don't refer to directories at all is something that
we should silently tolerate.

I thought this is trivial change to opt_F_get_kind in options.c, but
actually we want to complain when such paths are passed to -F.  I'll
need to look into this in more detail.  If you have a proposed patch, or
want to work on one, speak up.
